Terms of Service

1. About these terms

BizPack AI is provided by Forge Cloudify ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means the person who creates the account and, where you sign up on behalf of a business, that business. If you accept these terms for a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

BizPack AI is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite and the access you give them.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without permission.

3. Plans, limits and fees

Free plan. The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit. It includes monthly usage limits — for example on clients, invoices, quotations, point-of-sale sales and AI generations — which are shown on the Subscription page in the app. When you reach a limit, you can upgrade or wait for the next month.

Pro plan. Pro is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe (from £20 a month, or the equivalent shown in your local currency). Prices include any taxes we are required to charge unless stated otherwise.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Subscription → Manage billing in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro until then and then move to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we say otherwise in writing.
• If a payment fails we may retry it, and if it remains unpaid we may move the account to the Free plan.
• We may change prices or plan limits. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Payments are processed by Stripe (or by Google Play for subscriptions bought in our Android app), whose terms also apply to the payment.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into BizPack AI. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including where we act as your processor for data about your own customers.

You are responsible for the data you enter — including that you have the right to store it and that it is accurate. You can export your documents (for example invoice PDFs) at any time; to receive a full copy of your data, contact us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading — including issuing false invoices or receipts;
• send spam or unsolicited messages through the service;
• upload malware or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• try to access other businesses' data, probe or break our security, or overload the service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows; or
• use automated means to create accounts or get around plan limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

6. Figures, reports and tax

BizPack AI helps you keep records and calculates totals, tax amounts and reports from the data you enter. It is a bookkeeping tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for checking the figures, choosing the right tax rates and meeting your own filing and record-keeping obligations. Reports such as the tax summary are working papers to help you prepare a return, not a filed return.

7. AI features

AI features generate suggestions, such as drafted messages or summaries. They can be wrong or incomplete. Review AI output before you rely on it or send it to anyone — you are responsible for what you choose to use.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep BizPack AI available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to carry out maintenance, and we may add, change or remove features as the product develops. If we remove a significant feature of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

9. Third-party services

Some features rely on services run by others — for example payment, email delivery and AI providers. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using BizPack AI and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if we are required to by law. If we close the service as a whole, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data, and refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and £100.

If you use BizPack AI as a consumer rather than for a business, you also have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
